Refund policy

All sales are final

Every Base Note vial is decanted to order, so all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any order, whether opened or unopened. This includes 5 ml vials, Monthly Rotation orders, box sets, and full-size bottles.

Damaged, leaking, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or leaking, or you receive a fragrance you did not order, email hello@basenotescent.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Subscriptions

You can skip, pause, or cancel your Monthly Rotation subscription from your account, or by emailing hello@basenotescent.com, before your next billing date. Charges that have already been processed are final. See our Subscription Policy for details.
