Base Note ships to addresses in the United States.
Shipping rates
- Monthly Rotation: free US shipping when your subscription is checked out on its own, with no minimum.
- One-time orders of $33 or more: free standard US shipping.
- One-time orders under $33: $4.99 standard US shipping.
If a subscription is checked out together with one-time items, standard rates apply to that order, and the recurring shipping charge shown at checkout applies to future renewals. Your exact shipping cost, including any recurring shipping charge, is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times
Most US orders arrive within 4 to 5 business days. Monthly Rotation orders ship each month based on the date of your first order. You will receive a tracking email when your order ships.
Damaged, late, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or leaking, contains the wrong fragrance, or has not arrived when expected, email hello@basenotescent.com with your order number and we will make it right. See our Refund Policy for details.
