Cancellation policy

Monthly Rotation subscription

Monthly Rotation is an optional subscription for one 5 ml fragrance vial each month. Your first order is $15.00. After that, you are charged $20.00 each month, on the same day of the month as your first order, until you cancel. Sales tax is added at checkout where applicable. There is no annual commitment.

Choosing your fragrance

You choose your first fragrance when you subscribe. You can change your upcoming fragrance from your account before your next billing date.

Skipping, pausing, and cancelling

You can skip, pause, or cancel at any time from your account, or by emailing hello@basenotescent.com. To avoid your next charge, cancel before your next billing date. If you cancel on a billing date, that day's order is still processed and your cancellation applies from the following month. Your next billing date is always shown in your account.

Shipping

Monthly Rotation orders ship free in the US when your subscription is checked out on its own. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Refunds

Charges that have already been processed are final, as described in our Refund Policy. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
