How much does the subscription cost?
Our subscription is $20 per month. This includes a 5ml atomizer of premium fragrance and free shipping on every order. There are no hidden fees or commitments.
How do I choose my fragrances?
After subscribing, you can browse our entire collection and add fragrances to your queue. We'll send them to you in order each month. You can also let us choose based on your scent profile from our quiz.
Can I skip a month?
Base Note subscriptions are billed monthly from your signup date. While we don't offer skip functionality, you can cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect the following month, so you'll still receive your current month's fragrance.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime with no fees or penalties. Go to your account dashboard, click "Manage Subscription," and select cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. We'd love to know why you're leaving so we can improve!
Can I pause my subscription instead of canceling?
We don't currently offer a pause option, but you can cancel anytime with no fees or penalties from your account dashboard. When you're ready to come back, simply resubscribe and your queue and preferences will be waiting for you.
When will I be charged each month?
Your subscription renews on the same date you originally signed up. For example, if you subscribed on the 15th, you'll be charged on the 15th each month. You can view your billing date in your account dashboard.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping. Subscription orders ship on the 1st of each month. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Is shipping really free?
Yes! All orders ship free within the continental United States - no minimum purchase required. Whether it's a subscription shipment or a one-time purchase, shipping is always on us.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding internationally and hope to offer shipping to Canada, UK, and Australia soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified!
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, you can update your shipping address anytime from your account under "Addresses." Make sure to update before your next renewal date if you want your next subscription shipment sent to a new address.
My package shows delivered but I didn't receive it
First, check with neighbors and around your property. Sometimes packages are left in hidden spots. If you still can't find it after 24 hours, contact us and we'll help resolve the issue. We may reship at no charge.
Are your fragrances authentic?
100% yes! We source all fragrances directly from brands and authorized distributors. Every product is guaranteed authentic. We never sell knockoffs, imitations, or "inspired by" fragrances.
How much fragrance is in each atomizer?
Each atomizer contains 5ml of fragrance, which equals approximately 45 sprays. With normal daily use (1-2 sprays), this lasts about 30 days - perfect for your monthly subscription.
Can I buy a full-size bottle?
Yes! If you fall in love with a fragrance, you can purchase the full bottle through our shop. Subscribers receive exclusive discounts on full-size bottles. Look for the "Buy Full Size" button on any product you've tried.
How should I store my fragrances?
Store your atomizers in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Avoid storing in bathrooms where humidity and temperature fluctuate. Proper storage helps maintain the fragrance's quality and longevity.
Do you offer samples before I commit?
Our subscription model IS the sample experience! For just $20/month, you get a generous 5ml to truly experience the fragrance over time. This is much better than a tiny sample that only lasts a day or two.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email. We'll send you a link to reset your password. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or contact support.
How do I update my payment method?
Go to your account dashboard and click "Manage Subscription." From there, you can update your credit card or payment information. Changes take effect immediately for future charges.
Can I have multiple shipping addresses?
Yes! You can save multiple addresses in your account. This is great for sending to home, work, or gifting to friends and family. Just set your preferred default address for subscriptions.
What if I don't like a fragrance?
Fragrance is personal, and we understand not every scent will be a perfect match. If you're unhappy with a fragrance, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We'll work with you to find a solution, whether that's a credit or recommendations for your next selection.
What's your return policy?
Due to the nature of fragrances, we cannot accept returns on opened products. However, if your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
We're so sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement right away at no additional cost to you.
