Erba Pura

Xerjoff was founded by Sergio Momo, a jeweler by trade before he moved into perfume, which shows in how the house treats fragrance — as something to be worn like a piece from a collection. Erba Pura, meaning "pure grass" in Italian, was his attempt to bottle a full Mediterranean fruit basket rather than a single note: Sicilian orange and lemon, Calabrian bergamot, layered fruit through the heart, all sitting on a soft musk-and-vanilla base. Less a place than a feeling — sun, citrus groves, a version of Sicily that exists mostly in memory and postcards.
